ACTIVITIES COMMITTEE
Do
you like to organize events? Do you have ideas for networking or
social meetings? Do you
want to be really involved with the Chamber ?
This committee is involved in most MCHACC activities. It develops and implements social, cultural or community
interest programs and activities consistent with the Organization's
objectives. It is also
involved with preparing the annual Calendar of Events; previous events
include networking happy hour, business symposiums, member
presentations, and others. The
Chamber also sponsors an Annual Golf Fundraiser and Business Symposium

TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
Do you need training? Can you share business expertise? Did you
attend a great seminar? Do you want to help members learn more?
This committee is responsible for developing, administering and
implementing programs to assist members in starting, managing and
growing their businesses. Programs
may be created by the Chamber members, or other business and college
courses may be co-branded
and advertised as part of this committee’s work.

MEMBERSHIP COMMITTEE
Do
you know people who might benefit from joining the Chamber? Do you
like to share ideas and develop plans to provide value to our members?
One of the jobs of this committee is to keep the official
membership roster up to date as well as to grow the membership of the
Organization. This
committee conducts membership drives and promotes attendance at
meetings and participation in MCHACC
activities It also
solicits feedback from our members about how we can add value and help
their businesses succeed.

PUBLIC RELATIONS COMMITTEE
Do you communicate well? Do
you like to write and share information? Do you want to work with the media?
The Public Relations (PR) committee is responsible for promoting
the organization through various methods, including press releases,
event flyers, placement of public service advertisements of our events
in press, radio and tv media. This
is also an opportunity to provide exposure to our members through
business profiles and special news articles. All PR activity is
reviewed/approved by the Board.
